QUESTIONS
WILL A WEBSITE BRING IN MORE BUSINESS?
Nobody can honestly promise that, and we will not. What a good site does is remove the reasons people give up: it loads quickly, shows your prices and makes it easy to book or enquire. Most people check a business online before they visit, call or book, so that first look matters.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
A website of three to five pages is live within a week of the first call. The Flagship build takes two weeks. The thing that slows a build down is almost always waiting on photos and content from your end — we will tell you exactly what we need on day one.
DO I OWN THE SITE?
Yes. The site, the domain and everything on it belongs to you. If you ever want to move it elsewhere or have someone else work on it, you can, and we will hand over everything needed.
WHAT ABOUT HOSTING AND DOMAINS?
Hosting is included in the optional maintenance plan at $125 a month. The Flagship build includes the first three months. Without it, we set the site up on your own hosting account and you pay the host directly. If you already own a domain, we point it at the new site at no extra cost.
WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A WEBSITE?
We can rebuild it. We keep whatever works — your content, your photos, your domain — and replace the rest. We also set up redirects so existing links keep working.
DO YOU DO CONTENT AND VIDEO TOO?
Not yet. Short-form video and content is on the way. Choose video in the enquiry form and we will contact you when we open.
