TERMS

WEBSITE BUILDS

Builds are a fixed price in Australian dollars, quoted before work starts. Payment is due after the client has seen the preview of the website. The site, the domain, the content and the images are the client’s. The maintenance plan is optional and billed monthly.

VIDEO PLANS

All plans are monthly, billed in advance, in Australian dollars. A three month minimum applies, after which the plan runs month to month with 30 days’ written notice to cancel.

USAGE RIGHTS

On payment of each monthly invoice, the client receives full commercial usage rights to delivered files in perpetuity. REC ODD STUDIOS retains the right to display the work in its own portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

REVISIONS AND TRAVEL

Two revision rounds are included per delivered video. Sydney metro travel is included; regional NSW and Victoria are quoted per trip. For enquiries, use the contact page. ABN 42 932 607 408.
